Marseille has always been a meeting place of the world — and so is our church. We exist to serve the community of English-speaking Christians here and across the surrounding region who share a common desire for fellowship and worship in English.
Whether you are a student, a worker on assignment, a family putting down roots, or a traveller passing through for a single Sunday, you will find a warm welcome, faithful preaching, and friends from across the globe.

To reflect the light of Christ and the love of God — offering the hope of the gospel of Jesus Christ to all people, regardless of background, nationality, or economic status — and to make disciples and send believers with the good news to the ends of the earth.

The Word
The Bible is our foundation and our compass. We gather each week for Christ-centred, biblically-sound preaching and hold ourselves accountable to God and to one another.
The People
Hospitality is offered to all. Whatever your background or nationality, you have a place at our table — students, families, workers, and travellers alike.
The Calling
We are an English-speaking home for believers from across the world, partnered with our host French church to reach this Mediterranean city for Christ.

Our pastor
Rev. Mark Appell
Lead Pastor & Elder · serving with his wife, Valerie
Mark and Valerie were married in 2000, and Mark was called to ministry the following year. Over more than twenty-five years of pastoral ministry in upstate New York, he has also served on over thirty international trips across five continents — a heart for the nations that has now brought the Appells to Marseille, where they began serving ICC Marseille in March 2026. They have three adult children.
